Product Introduction


This unit utilizes a two-stage centrifugal compressor, delivering high gas production capacity.

Design Capacity: 7 MW

Rated Gas Output: 9 t/h

Steam Pressure: 0.1 – 0.15 MPa

Heat Source Temperature: ≤ 85 °C


Working Principle


Low-grade hot water exchanges heat with the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator.

The refrigerant evaporates upon absorbing heat and enters the compressor suction port.

After two-stage compression, the refrigerant gas becomes high-temperature and high-pressure, then enters the condenser.

In the condenser, it releases heat to produce steam from demineralized water.

The condensed liquid refrigerant passes through a throttle valve and returns to the evaporator, completing the cycle.
