The submersible sewage pump control cabinet is a control device designed for use with submersible sewage pumps. Tailored to the characteristics of pumps operating while submerged in water, it emphasizes enhanced waterproofing, anti-clogging, and remote monitoring capabilities. It is widely used in municipal drainage, sewage treatment plants, basement drainage, river dredging, and other scenarios. Its core features are as follows:

• Adaptive Protection for Underwater Operation: Equipped with a dedicated liquid level control module for submersible sewage pumps, it supports two modes: "automatic start/stop by liquid level" (pump starts at high level, stops at low level) and "scheduled start/stop." This design is optimized for the pump's underwater working environment, reducing the need for frequent manual operation. It also includes motor winding temperature monitoring. If the pump motor overheats (e.g., winding temperature >120°C), it automatically shuts down to prevent motor burnout.

• Anti-Clogging and Fault Reset: To address the common issue of pump clogging caused by debris entangling the impeller, the cabinet features a built-in "stall detection" algorithm. When the motor current exceeds a set threshold (e.g., 1.5 times the rated current), it automatically triggers a reverse rotation function (for 10-30 seconds) to attempt to clear the entangled debris. If normal operation cannot be restored after reversal, the system will shut down, raise an alarm, and log the fault.

• Waterproof and Corrosion-Resistant: The control cabinet's enclosure is made of 304 stainless steel with an IP65 protection rating, capable of resisting rainwater, sewage splashing, and corrosive gas erosion. Internal wiring terminals feature a waterproof design to prevent short circuits caused by humid environments.

• Remote Monitoring and Alarm: The cabinet supports 485 communication or GPRS wireless communication, enabling the upload of pump operation status (start/stop state, current, liquid level) and fault information to a monitoring center. In the event of a fault, it automatically sends SMS or APP alerts to maintenance personnel, ensuring a rapid response.
