Overview of the Shandong Alliance Chemical Project

The low-pressure flash steam generated from the black water in Shandong Alliance's gasification furnace was originally discharged directly into the atmosphere, causing environmental pollution and resource wastage.

This project has modified the original process flow, directing the black water flash steam directly into an ORC waste heat power generation unit. The unit utilises the residual heat from the flash steam, with a designed power generation capacity of 2MW.
